Herbal Essences - Bee Strong Intensive Mask and Conditioning Cream - Review

Intensive Mask;

I bought this product from Tesco for £4.39 which is a fairly average price for this kind of product of a similar size on the market.

The jar is 200ml and I have managed to get 6 uses out of just the one jar on my just below shoulder length hair.

The mask looks like a dark kind of custard and smells of honey/apricot; so good!! (I have been opening the jar just to smell the product like a crazy lady).

As this product comes in a jar, it is easy to apply and also means that you can insure that every last drop is scraped out of the jar.

The instructions say to use this after shampooing and to leave on for 10-20 minutes.
I however am telling you that to get the absolute best from this product, apply to dry hair and wrap your hair in cling film (attractive!!) to stop the product going everywhere, to contain the heat which opens up your hair to soak the goodness in and also so you can leave it on for as long as you have time (I tend to apply this before bed and leave on overnight!!). Wash off with your usual hair washing routine. I do this once every 7-14 days.

I noticed that my hair was much silkier and stronger after just 1 wash!! My hair is noticeably more moisturised and my comb glides through my hair after use meaning combing damage has been reduced.

My hair was in a terrible condition before using this product and it still has a long way to go however I haven't found a product as effective as this anywhere and especially at a price as reasonable as this.

Overall, I cant fault this product!! My over bleached/coloured hair is well on its way to recovery. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody who has heat/bleach/colour damaged hair but also to people who want to make their hair look and feely healthier and shinier.

Conditioning Cream;

This stuff is UH-MAY-ZING!! I literally can't get enough of it!!

I bought this product again from Tesco for £4.39 which I thought was a really reasonable price for this size and quality product.

The product is described as a cream however its more of a milk like consistency.

The bottle is 150ml and has lasted me a good 3 weeks with still more than half the bottle left (using every 2/3 days).  I have found that a little goes along way with this spray in conditioner.

Like the Intensive Mask Jar, this stuff smells incredible!! Its a very sweet, honey/apricot smelling product. Smells good enough to eat.

The instructions say to spray onto hands and massage through the hair (wet or dry) from the tips upwards, however I prefer to spray it directly into the hair to avoid waste product on my hands and it just saves the extra effort of washing my hands.

As my hair is in a horrendous state at the minute due to over bleaching and colouring, I'm struggling with getting a comb through it when its wet and my ends look as though they have been singed with a lighter or something!!
After spraying this product into my hair, the comb literally glides through with zero tangles and cots!! Brilliant!! I'm not pulling my already scarce hair out trying to get a comb through it and its doing my hair some good at the same time!!

I also apply the conditioning cream to dry hair between washes to keep my hair conditioned at all times. I let the cream dry and straighten my hair using heat protection after or just style it in an up-do to avoid the heat damage.

Again, I have noticed that my hair feels instantly softer, silkier and stronger. I was slightly worried that a 'leave in conditioner' would make my hair greasy and weigh it down but neither have been an issue.

Once again, I can't fault this product and will definitely be purchasing again as well as suggesting it to everybody!!
