This month I have been fairly open minded about my Wantable box. If you read my October Wantable post you will know that I absolutely loved what I received...my November box?? Not so much...in fact, not at all.
My box was held up for over 2 weeks thanks to the Christmas period so this will seem a little late and my next box is due any day now so it'll be less than a month between the 2.

Non the less, this month has got me back into loving Wantable and I hope this continues. I'll take you through the 4 products I received this month and I'll let you know a little about what I thought!!
Cattiva Bronzer - Deep:
I have been using the same bronzer for about 2-3 years... not just the same brand and shade, literally the same bronzer; its lasted that long!! I've struggled to find bronzers to suit my very pale yellow undertoned skin.
The bronzer comes as a compact in a lovely black box... a fairly pointless black box but I suppose for a premium product this makes it look far more expensive and professional.
There is 10g of product which is an average but good size for a bronzer. A little of this 10g will go a very long way. I would say that it should last you at least 6 months if using daily.
The compact itself is to die for!! The case is covered in little gems which is gorgeous. Its black, sleek and super glam.
Inside the compact is your powder bronzer and a really good sized mirror. The bronzer section of this compact does lift up to reveal...nothing!! I was expecting an applicator sponge or something but I guess empty space will mean I can put my own in or keep spare jewellery or something in on a trip away.
When I first saw the colour of this bronzer I panicked!! Deep!? For a pale skin tone!? No, no, no, no, no!! However when I saw the bronzer itself I calmed myself down. The colour isn't as light as my beloved 3 year old bronzer however it is the same tone of colour and far from 'deep'.
The bronzer is matte which I love. Every bronzer I have used in the past has had a slight shimmer to it and when applied heavily I felt it looked unnatural. Being matte this bronzer appears as more of a sunkissed glow rather than the sunkissed glow with a tonne of shimmery makeup applied on top!! The matte effect makes it perfect for contouring your face too!!
When applying, a little goes a very long way which lightened the bronzer to a very similar shade to my previous and it also meant that I could apply it gradually and build up the shadows in places that I needed. I apply mine with a stipple brush and find it super easy to apply and blend. Love it!!
This product retails at $53 which is about £34 or €44. Would I pay this much for a replacement once this one is all used up?? Definitely but it would have to be an investment piece of makeup rather than a whim buy. I love this bronzer!!

Tarina Tarantino Sparkle Pigment - Nude:
Who doesn't love a bit of sparkle at this time of year!? In fact, who doesn't love a bit of sparkle any time of year!?
In my box this month was this gorgeous Tarina Tarantino Sparkle Pigment in the colour Nude. You get 1.4g of product which is plenty for a shimmer product, it will last a good year if you use it averagely, probably half this time if you go to town with it!!
The tub comes in a lovely little box which has rose gold detailing and has a very French feel to it. As you all know I'm not a fan of unnecessary packaging but in this case I am thankful as my product had managed to start escaping from the tub and it would have been everywhere if it wasn't for the box.

The tub itself is beautifully designed. Its a gorgeous angled/diamond shape which really makes it stand out in a draw of circular pots and tubs that I have. This product deserves to stand out!!
The sparkle itself is a shimmery pigment but not overly glittery. It is a gold/nude colour with undertones of pink and yellow gold. I would definitely say this colour would suit almost all skin tones.
This sparkle can be used in a number of ways. I personally use it as a glitter over my nude or gold eye shadows or for the daytime I love putting it under my lower lashes. It can be used as a body glitter for your festive nights out, a highlighter, possibly a nail glitter and I've even used it as a shimmer on my lips mixed with either a lipstick or gloss!! If it was possible I would bathe in this stuff!!
This product retails at $17 which is around £11 or €14. Would I pay this to get a new one once this is all used up?? Yes!! I am in love with this product.
Vincent Longo Gel Eyeliner - Felis Brown:
Anybody who knows me will know that I am a hardcore lashes and winged eyeliner kinda gal and gel liners are my favourite to get the straight, perfects wings that I'm after.
I usually use black eyeliner and in my Wantable box this month I got a dark chocolate brown. However I was willing to give this a shot on days that I don't wear fakies and am looking for more of a natural look.

This product again comes in a pointless box. It really isn't necessary with this product however I do understand that it makes the product appear more expensive and professional.
The tub is a pretty standard shape and size for a gel liner product. I love the matte section for the logo. So sleek. You get a great 3g of liner in the tub which is enough to last at least 6 months I'd say.
The gel itself is a lovely colour; its a deep chocolate brown colour which I would say is closest to the hair colours #2 or #4.
The consistency of the gel is incredible; its so smooth and very pigmented which means it glides on and doesn't need anymore than one layer. It is so easy to smudge and blend as well!!
Drying time is seconds, no waving air at it to dry at all. The finish of the liner is very slightly glossy which is lovely. The resistance of the liner is amazing!! I've had watery eyes, rubbed my eyes, had rain come into contact with the product and it still stays put!! This liner does need an eye makeup remover for removal as I found without there was still a teeny amount of product that wouldn't budge.
My only niggle with this gel liner is that it doesn't come with an applicator brush which most high street/drug store gel liners come with but its no biggie.
This product retails at $25 which is around £16 or €20. Would I pay this for another pot in the future?? Yes... although it'd have to be in black next time!!
Pla Eyeshadow - Mother Earth:
The last product in my box this month is this lovely Pla eyeshadow in the colour Mother Earth.
At first I thought, 'oh, another chocolate brown shade to add to my 100 other brown shadows' and after using, I still thought the same thing.
Unlike many other products I have received through Wantable, this shadow didn't come in an unnecessary box and came just as it is.
The pot itself doesn't scream 'premium product' to me. No logos, all information on the base and plain black with a clear peep hole. It looks like a shadow I'd pick up from a high street store for a couple of £££.
The shadow itself as I said above is a chocolate brown colour but not incredibly deep. It has a slight shimmer to it which I'm not the biggest fan of as I prefer matte shadows in general but I only ever use browns to create a crease in my eyelids and the best creases I feel come from matte shadows.
This shadow is far from as pigmented as I expect from a 'premium' product. It takes a few layers to build up some depth however it is fairly easy to blend into other shadows because of lack of pigment. The only way I found to get real depth of this colour was to use it wet.
I didn't notice any creasing with this shadow however that could be down to choosing the correct primer for my eyes. I did feel that the shadow started to wear off after a fair few hours though which is a disappointment.
The shadow can be removed from its original pot to be added to a personal palette.
The shadow comes in a regular sized round pot and you get 0.5g of product which is an average kind of size for a shadow.
The price of this shadow is $18 which is £12 or €15. Would I pay this to get another once I've used this one up?? No. Not at all. Its too 'samey' and not as pigmented as I'd like for this price.
