The Keto Diaries - Weightloss Update #1

 
 
Just a little update on the Weight loss journey. If you didnt already know, im now following a Keto way of eating to help me lose weight. You can check out my introduction to weight loss here.
 
 
So from my last weight loss post you'll already know i lost a stone in a month!! After 63 days i was down 1 stone 9 and it took me just 72 days to lose 2 stone!!
 
 
Now I haven't weighed myself for a good 3 weeks as I weigh myself at my partners (I don't have scales at home which would cause me to weigh multiple times a day!!) but my first big non scale victories from a clothes shop last Wednesday are:
 
1. I'm a size 18 in denim shorts. This time last year up until 3 months ago I was a 22!!
 
2. I tried on a coat/jacket ... A size 16 and I can zip it up with room!! The last coat I bought was a size 22 last winter.
 
3. I've also had a number of people ask "have you lost weight!?" over the past few weeks.
 
 
I genuinely cannot tell I have lost weight by looking in the mirror and I honestly believe that even at my goal weight I'll still be unhappy with how I look. But I'm pushing on.
 
My IBS is next to non existant still, my skin is clearer and I have more energy. The snacking has stopped and I never feel hungry between meals or leading up to a meal.
 
 
This is my first experience of a weight loss programme that has actually helped me lose weight, hasn't been tough to follow and has helped my health conditions no end.
