How to make a McDonalds Banana Milkshake...minus the bad stuff.

We all know that McDonalds Banana Milkshakes are to die for right!? But we also know that they're not very good for us as they're full of artificial additives, preservatives and not to mention sugar!!
 
Here's my super easy peasy banana squeezy recipe for a milkshake that tastes very very very similar to McDonalds!!
 
 
You'll need;
 
2 Bananas
50ml water/milk
4 crushed ice cubes
A blender or Smoothie maker is needed.
 
 
And here's how;
 
Peel and chop your banana into quarters, place in a bowl and cover with cling film.
 
Put the bowl of bananas in your freezer for at least 5-6 hours minimum.
 
When you're ready for your milkshake, let the bananas thaw for about half an hour.
 

Add the banana, water/milk and crushed ice cubes into your blender/smoothie maker and blitz until all the lumps are smooth.
 
 
 

 

Voila!! Healthy McDonalds Banana Milkshake!!

(Consume immediately. It'll go brown otherwise eww!!)
