InstaNatural - Night Cream & Vitamin C Moisturiser - Review

For the past few months, I have been trying really hard to get into my skincare routine. Up until the start of 2015 I had never really cleansed, toned or moisturised my skin. It was becoming an issue with the amount of breakouts I was getting, the condition of my skin as a whole and the redness of my skin.

I have been sent a couple of InstaNatural products to trial and review!! In my parcel I received the Vitamin C Cream Moisturiser and the Night Cream.

These creams are available from Amazon; you can get yours by clicking the links below.
Vitamin C Moisturiser .
Night Cream.

These creams are fairly pricey. The Vitamin C Cream retails at £49.95 and the Night Cream at £39.95.

Packaging for both creams I feel looks a bit cheap and tacky. The tube is made from white plastic with a stick on label.
The labels are coloured in sunrise and sunset colours which makes it easy to decipher which to be using at which time. I quite like this idea and the design.
The tubes are pump activated which leaves the bottles clean and tidy to avoid bacteria build-up over time.
The tubes have a white cap again for hygiene reasons and have a stopper on the pump to prevent leakages (these don't work as I found out with my Vitamin C tube!!).

Onto the creams themselves.
Both creams are packed with vitamins and antioxidants all proved to encourage healthier skin.

Vitamin C Moisturiser

I have been applying this moisturiser in the morning before applying my makeup.

The first thing I noticed about this moisturiser is that no matter how little you use, as soon as its applied to the skin, it seems to go white...almost as if its lathering!! Not a good start.

It takes a long time for this moisturiser to really sink into the skin which is another issue that is putting me off this product. I have found that this product leaves my skin slightly oily looking which isn't great for my already oily skin.

The packaging is quite misleading; it implies that it will protect from sun damage however there is no mention of any spf to be found. Please be aware of this when using; we should all be wearing at least spf15 on a daily basis.

Benefits of using this cream are that in time it will reduce the signs of aging such as wrinkles, fine lines and dark spots, it will brighten complexion and restore skin to a healthier state.

My skin does feel healthier and definitely brighter however I cannot really comment on wrinkles and fine lines as my skin is pretty good in that department. I feel that my skin is better hydrated in the areas I struggle with dry skin however this cream has definitely added to my oily skin issue around my t-zone.

Night Cream

I use this cream after removing my makeup, cleansing and toning my skin before bed.

Unlike the Vitamin C Moisturiser, this cream goes on effortlessly and a little goes a long way.

The cream sinks into the skin very quickly and leaves a matte finish which is great as I hate feeling like my skin is still greasy/dirty before getting into bed.

By using this cream you will benefit due to the reduction of fine lines, wrinkles, hyper pigmentation and uneven skin tone. Overall it will help with a better complexion.

My complexion certainly has improved since starting the use of this product. My skin feels healthier, plumper, more hydrated and my redness has improved massively.

Would I recommend these products? I would definitely recommend the Night Cream as it has improved my skin in a number of ways however the Vitamin C Cream hasn't agreed with my skin.
