I am so late on this band wagon; everybody has been raving about Collection's Lasting Perfection concealers for what seems like forever!!
I finally decided that my other concealers weren't meeting the cut and that I needed to venture out and find a concealer that did a better job yet still inexpensive.
I picked this beauty up from my local Boots and it cost me a mere £4.19. The shade I chose is Number 1 Fair as I was blessed with very pale skin and figured if it was too light I could always just use it as a highlighter.
Upon testing this concealer out, I found that it is a shade too light for my skin tone (so this is the one for all my pale sisters out there who are struggling to find a concealer!!) however I'm still using it as a concealer come highlighter under my eyes and on my brow bones. I'll be heading up to Boots to get the next shade up for my blemishes very soon!!
The formula is really creamy and pigmented so blends perfectly without looking 'cakey', producing great coverage. I've tested this concealer out on my tattoo to show you how effective it is (of course its not designed for tattoo cover-ups but I wanted give you an indication of how well it covers the darkest of shades). As you can see, its covered the black on my tattoo fairly well, so you can imagine how well it conceals those subtle blue/red tones of your skin!!
Collection advertise that this concealer will last 16 hours and I have found that it does and continues for many more hours after. I noticed no creasing or fading of this product after wearing it on some of my longest days.
Overall I love this product and it'll no doubt be a staple product for my makeup routine for many years to come.
