Coloured Lenses UK - Fresh Look Color Blend - Review

I am the biggest addict when it comes to changing my eye colour using cosmetic contact lenses, so I was thrilled when I received my Pure Hazel contact lenses from Coloured Lenses UK.
 
The lenses I received are the Pure Hazel Fresh Look Colour Blends. These particular lenses retail at £16.99 which is a great price for cosmetic lenses.
 
The lenses are packaged in single use foil back cases which I don't mind as I have so many contact cases lying around however if you don't have a case, these do need to be purchased separately along with lens solution.
 
I found that inserting the lenses was a bit tricky as the lenses were much thinner than the ones i'm used to using. This meant that the lens was sticking to my finger and folding when trying to insert. If you're not a regular (or new) contact wearer, mastering this may take a while to get the hang of.
 Wearing the lenses was amazing. They're so comfortable due to the material being so thin; I was barely aware that I was wearing them!! I didn't experience any slipping or dry eyes throughout the day.
 
These particular lenses look amazing when being worn. The design of the colour blended almost unrecognisably with my natural green iris (if you have blue eyes I'm not sue how well the blend will work as they blend better with similar coloured irises). The gap for your pupil is barely noticeable with the amazing blend; there's nothing I hate more than a harsh line between lens colour and the colour of your iris standing out like a sore thumb!!
 
The Pure Hazel lenses that I was sent I am in love with. I usually go all out and buy lenses that look like doll eyes but these are much more realistic. The colour is almost 'Cullen' eyes (for all you Twilight fans!!).
 
There is no information as to how long these lenses will last you but with regular wear, I would suggest replacement after no more than 2-3 months.
