Once again I'll start by saying that this isn't a bragging post: I post my birthday and Christmas gifts for my friends and family to see (not all of them live locally) and also so I can look back over the years.

From my stepdad and biological dad, I received money as I've been wanting a sewing for years and finally decided to purchase one. I threw in some money to the Sewing Machine Fund and purchased the Singer 4423 Sewing machine bundle. I now need to remember how to use one!!
My sister has kindly given me some money to purchase needles for my machine and fabric to get me started. The plan is to go shopping sometime real soon!!
My best friend bought me The Emotion Code by Dr Bradley Nelson. Its a self help book for releasing trapped emotions which is perfect for somebody like me who bottles up all feelings until I crack. She also bought me a Sass and Belle Bumble Bee keyring, which is linked to one of our most memorable moments together. She also gave me a scented hair detangler brush!! Its almost the same as a Tangle Teaser only its bigger and makes your hair smell of pineapples!! All of these gifts came in a really cute box which has positive affirmations printed all over.
I had a huge list of books that I wanted and decided to splurge on myself as it was my birthday!! I picked up Room by Emma Donoghue, Asking For It by Louise O'Neill and Elizabeth Is Missing by Emma Healy. I'll more than likely be reviewing these as I read my way through them.
My Nana bought me a ticket to see The Bodyguard in March!! She also got me a glitter ball keyring, a new Maybelline Define-A-Lash mascara and a La Maison De Senteurs scented candle (she knows me so well!!)
